If you are a homebrewer, entering a homebrew contest can be a great way to challenge yourself, get feedback on your beers, and connect with other like-minded individuals.  If any or all of those things interest you, HDYB has three upcoming homebrew contests that you may be interested in participating in:

1. MOBC/HDYB Homebrew Contest Beer: This contest is due on April 5th and is open to all homebrewers. It is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and potentially win some prizes.
2. Homebrew for Ukraine Contest: This contest is a special opportunity to show your support for Ukraine and help raise funds for Ukrainian refugee relief. You can purchase a pale ale kit, put your own spin on it using yeast, specialty grains, or adjuncts, and enter the beer in the contest. All profits from the kit sales will be donated to Ukrainian refugee relief via World Vision.
3. HOPS & HOLD’EM – Homebrew and Poker Tournament: This fall, HDYB will be hosting a homebrew and poker tournament. Details for this event are still to be announced, but it promises to be a fun and exciting opportunity to showcase your brewing skills.
