One year ago Russia violated Ukraine's sovereignty and created a humanitarian tragedy on an epic scale. HDYB's home brewers and Breweries in Delaware showed their support for Ukraine through "Brew for Ukraine" donating to Ukrainian refugee relief via World Vision.
This year, as Ukrainians resist, the need for help persists. So we are announcing our "HDYB 2023 Home Brew for Ukraine Homebrew Contest".Â
There are two ways to take part and help support Ukrainian refugee relief. Â
- Purchase this simplified pale ale kit. ALL PROFITS will be donated to Ukrainian refugee relief via World Vision
- Purchase this simplified pale ale kit, put your own spin on it using yeast, speciality grains or adjuncts. The beer you brew will be eligible to be entered in the  HDYB 2023 Home Brew for Ukraine Homebrew Contest. There is no additional charge to enter the home brew contest but you must drop off two 12oz bottles for judging at the Smyrna Craft Beer Fest, June 3rd 2023.Â
