Flaked Maise and roasted malts combine to make a light-bodied and malty dark beer. Voss Kveik yeast lends itself to high summer fermenation temp.
Mash for 1 hour at 150-153 degrees.
Boil for 1 hour.
First hop addition: 50 min.
Second Hop additon: 10 min.
Voss Kveik yeast is very tolerant of high temps.
