Chocolate Raspberry Dessert Wine, formerly called a Port, is crafted from the finest wine juice available and incorporates only natural flavors and essences. Like the traditional Speciale Port, the Chocolate Raspberry Port will finish out at 15-16.5% alcohol. While it is in the half-batch (3 US gallon) Speciale dessert wine format, this kit will be made to full-strength. No water additions will be necessary. The same equipment will be required as with any Speciale product, mainly a primary fermentation bucket and a 3-gallon carboy. 11.5 liters.
