Terms and Conditions

All sales are final. This is a group purchase to subsidize the ordering of a few specific
malt unavailable from our regular suppliers.

You are solely responsible to understand what you are ordering. See North Country
Malt Supply web info as noted below, to get particular malt specifications.

Prices shown BY WEIGHT ARE FOR THIS SALE ONLY. The 5, 10 lb and 55 lb prices
with shipping and handling are for this group order only.

Terms are 50% down cash, check or credit in store or by phone. Should your particular
   malt not be available when ordered from supplier, all down payments for the item will be
   refunded in full. There will be no back orders.

All malts will be delivered to How Do You Brew. You must pick up your malt at our store
   within 10 days of notice of delivery or a $1.00 per day or $5.00 per calendar week storage
   fee will be assessed to the remainder of your bill. We do not have adequate spare space for
   long term storage.

   individual vendor for additional malt specifications. A full listing of malts and supplies can
   be found under Home Brewers by downloading the retail catalog. Please note only the items
listed in this offer are valid for ordering at this time.

All malts are 55 pound bags only (except for the few noted in red) and must be pre-ordered
by Saturday, 10-06-11.

All malts will be ordered uncrushed from the vendor. We are not really set up for crushing
large volumes of grain.

Balance of monies is due at receipt of order and ID and signature is required at time of
order pick-up.
